A complex with an area of over 2.5 hectares put up for auction in Tashkent

The State Assets Management Agency has put a large complex of buildings located in the Yashnabad district of Tashkent up for public sale. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Information about this real estate object has been posted on the E-auksion electronic trading platform. Economic publications are reporting on these sales processes.
The land plot offered for sale is located along Elbek Street, situated between the territories of the flour mill belonging to the Uzdonmaxsulot company and the Tashkent Mechanical Plant. The location is very convenient for entrepreneurs as it is situated near the Mashinasozlar metro station.
Currently, there are warehouses used for various purposes at this address. The total land area of the complex is 2.59 hectares.
The total area of buildings and structures, including warehouses and auxiliary facilities, amounts to 4,729 square meters. The area is fully equipped with all necessary engineering networks, specifically drinking water and electricity systems.
This creates additional convenience for a new investor in organizing a production or logistics center on the site. The starting price of this lot is set at 241.85 billion soums.
According to the plan, electronic auctions will begin on May 25 of this year at 10:00 AM. Applicants wishing to participate must submit their applications by 9:00 AM on the day the auction starts.
This facility is being offered for sale based on the state property privatization program approved by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in March 2023. This process serves to increase economic efficiency by transferring state assets to the private sector.
