More than a hundred drivers without licenses identified on the roads

Serious traffic violations were identified using modern surveillance systems and control cameras installed to ensure road safety, Zamin.uz reports. As a result of comprehensive analysis, it was revealed that a total of 192 individuals were operating vehicles without valid driver's licenses or despite having been previously stripped of their driving privileges.
This situation is regarded as a factor posing a direct threat to road safety. Regional studies showed that the highest number of violations was recorded in the Khorezm region, where 60 individuals illegally took the wheel.
In the capital, Tashkent, the number of such cases reached 40. According to experts, these figures indicate that the traffic culture in some regions remains low and highlights the need to further strengthen control measures.
Strict measures within the framework of current legislation were taken against all identified violators. Specifically, fines amounting to 50 times the base calculated value were imposed in 32 cases, and fines of 5 times the base calculated value were issued in another 31 cases.
Such measures are intended to prevent similar violations in the future. Responsible experts emphasize that driving without a license is not only a legal violation but also a significant risk to human life and health.
Therefore, all citizens are urged to strictly follow traffic rules, process documents in the prescribed manner, and act with a sense of responsibility. Monitoring activities will continue regularly throughout the republic.
