Mostly dry weather expected in Uzbekistan over the weekend

Stable and mostly dry weather conditions are expected to prevail across Uzbekistan during the final days of this week, according to Zamin.uz. Data provided by the Uzhydromet Service Agency indicates that no precipitation is expected in most parts of the country on April 25 and 26.
Nevertheless, there is a possibility of short-term rain in some regions and districts. Specifically, rain may occur on Saturday in the northern districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and in parts of the Fergana Valley.
On Sunday, short-term precipitation and thunderstorms are possible in some areas of the Tashkent region. In the rest of the republic, clear and sunny weather will persist.
Daytime temperatures on Saturday will hover around 28-31°C in most regions. In the southern provinces, northern regions, and desert zones, temperatures are expected to rise further, reaching 32-35°C.
Warm weather will continue in most regions on Sunday; however, it will turn slightly cooler in Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, with daytime temperatures dropping to 20-23°C. In the Bukhara and Navoi regions, temperatures are forecast to be around 25-28°C.
At the same time, wind speeds are expected to increase in certain areas. On April 24 and 25 in the northern and desert zones, and on Sunday in many parts of the republic, wind speeds may reach 15-20 meters per second.
Strong winds may cause dust storms in some locations. In the capital, Tashkent, no precipitation is expected on Saturday, and the sky will be clear.
On Sunday afternoon, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible. Daytime temperatures in Tashkent over the weekend will be 27-30°C, while nighttime temperatures will drop to 14-17°C, bringing relatively cool conditions.
Citizens are advised to plan accordingly, taking the weather variability into account.
