The "Atlas of Solutions" presented to the head of state will not only initiate a new phase in urban planning but also in improving the quality of life. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This document clearly and systematically defines the future appearance, architectural style, roads, and infrastructure of Tashkent and New Tashkent. The capital is considered the center of the country's development.
The construction of New Tashkent is being carried out rapidly as a natural continuation of Tashkent. For this reason, the master plan for the city of Tashkent, intended for 2045, has been approved.
This plan encompasses construction, engineering sectors, transportation systems, and protected areas. The "Atlas of Solutions" serves as a practical guide that continues this plan and consists of five books.
It provides specific criteria and recommendations regarding the environment of streets, the external appearance of buildings, public spaces, and landscaping procedures. In the new approach, road construction covers not only the area within the "red line" but also the space between buildings.
This ensures that there are no uncontrolled and abandoned areas along the roads, and everything is landscaped in a harmonious and integrated manner. This approach is an innovative solution drawn from the experience of developed countries.
The atlas also takes into account national traditions and ecological criteria. Based on the principles of sustainable development, this document serves to improve the living standards of the population alongside construction.
During the presentation, the head of state emphasized the necessity of enhancing urban aesthetics, planning public spaces, and developing the culture of living. It was stated that the environment along the roads, the external appearance of buildings, and public infrastructure should be an integral part of people's lives.
The main goal is for Tashkent to become not only an economic center but also a humanitarian, comfortable, and modern metropolis.
