Another example of humanity and responsibility was demonstrated in the capital. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The inspector of the new Kamolon neighborhood was recognized by the head of state for his selfless services and awarded the title of captain. This event took place during President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to the Shaykhontohur district.
During the presentation of the activities of the "Reform Headquarters," the president became acquainted with a special program that collected demographic and statistical data gathered by the neighborhood inspector, including information about the age and gender of the population, as well as citizens from various regions. The inspector reported that a situational center with surveillance cameras had been established in the neighborhood to ensure safety and that no crimes had occurred in 2024.
The head of state asked the inspector questions such as, "What work are you doing in which household? Which household or organization is considered dangerous?"
The inspector described his activities in collaboration with the neighborhood council, stating that there were no problems or threats, and firmly promised that no crimes would occur by the end of 2025. President Mirziyoyev highly appreciated his dedication, stating, "If every inspector serves like you, crime will disappear in the country.
You will receive the title of captain tomorrow. You speak with courage and confidence.
Those like you will be the leaders of neighborhood services in the future," and ceremoniously presented him with the captain's title. The head of state also urged the inspector to continue his education and achieve high results in the future.
The inspector, in turn, promised, "Dear President, I promise you that the new Kamolon neighborhood will become the most exemplary neighborhood, and I will serve the Republic of Uzbekistan with loyalty." Currently, the crime rate in the neighborhood is zero.
The experience of new Kamolon serves as an example for the entire country, indicating the beginning of a new phase in the activities of neighborhood inspectors, public safety, and working with citizens. This event has inspired a new spirit and confidence in the activities of dedicated inspectors in the neighborhood system and public safety, not only in the capital but throughout the country.
This example of courage that began in new Kamolon is expected to drive a new approach and extensive changes in the system.
