French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron have filed a defamation lawsuit against conservative blogger and conspiracy theorist Kendis Ouens to protect their interests. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The lawsuit was filed due to Ouens spreading baseless and bizarre claims about the Macrons' personal life. According to our sources, this lawsuit has been submitted to a court in the state of Delaware, USA, accompanied by documents totaling 218 pages.
Kendis Ouens has millions of followers on social media and has released an eight-part podcast titled "Becoming Brigitte" on his YouTube channel. In it, he promoted unfounded claims that France's First Lady Brigitte Macron has undergone gender transition.
Additionally, he has spread false information about Jean-Michel Trone. The Macron family has repeatedly requested to stop such claims, but after Ouens responded with a refusal, they were compelled to take legal action.
Their lawyers emphasized the necessity of obtaining legal protection through the court in cases of defamation. Furthermore, additional charges have been brought against Ouens.
One of these charges involves spreading false information about Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron being related, while another claims that the French president was selected as part of a mind control program by the Central Intelligence Agency. According to lawyer Tom Clare, if defamation ever has concrete indicators, this situation is considered such.
This case is crucial for protecting the Macron family's personal life and restoring their reputation as the country's leaders. Ouens' claims are drawing public attention to the personal life of the French leader and his family, alongside state affairs and politics.
This ongoing case in court is generating new legal debates and causing widespread discussions.
