The foreign ministers of the European Union countries and the head of Ukraine's foreign affairs held an important online meeting. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This dialogue is recognized as one of the events widely discussed in the international political arena. At the end of the meeting, the Prime Minister of Estonia and a significant figure in European politics, Kaja Kallas, expressed her opinion firmly.
According to her, until Russia completely and unconditionally stops firing, no concessions or negotiations should be discussed regarding it. Kallas's statement carries great political significance, especially in the complex situation regarding Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity.
The Estonian Prime Minister emphasized that previous approaches towards Russia have not yielded results, and no outcomes are expected with Putin either. She noted that maintaining a firm stance against aggressive policies and preventing occupation is the most crucial factor for Ukraine's security.
Kallas also highlighted that there is currently a serious threat to Ukraine's sovereignty and independence. The European Union is preparing to take new, stricter measures against Russia, not remaining indifferent in this situation.
Currently, the European Union is working on developing the 19th package of sanctions against Russia. Additionally, the European Union intends to continue providing military and financial assistance to Ukraine without interruption.
This assistance is considered crucial not only for ensuring the country's defense but also for maintaining its economic stability.
