The Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, made a sharp statement directed at the United States. He stated that Tehran cannot be subdued through threats and warned that if the U.S. or other countries attack Iranians, they should expect a "heavy slap." This statement was broadcast live on Iranian state television.
Iran's permanent representative to the UN, Amir Saeed Irvani, sent a letter to international organizations emphasizing that any hostile actions are contrary to international law and will lead to serious consequences. According to him, Iran will firmly defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
These statements came after Trump recently ordered a sharp military action against the Yemeni movement and called on Iran not to support the Houthi group. Additionally, according to "Axios," Trump proposed to Khamenei to reach a new nuclear agreement within two months.
