In the West Kazakhstan region, the first deputy minister of foreign affairs, Aqan Rakhmetullin, commented on the fall of an unidentified drone, as reported by Tengrinews.kz.
During the meeting, journalists asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the ownership of the drone. Rakhmetullin stated that an official statement would be released later.
"Of course, there will be a statement, but for now, it is unknown where this drone came from and who it belongs to. Investigations are underway. Once it is determined who launched it, necessary decisions will be made," he said.
Another deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Alibek Kuantirov, also spoke about the situation: "Technical issues are important there — where it came from, where it landed, who manufactured it. Specialists will determine this," he briefly stated.
It is worth noting that a day ago, parts of an unidentified drone were found in the JoniBek district. According to police information, the object was identified far from populated areas. This is the third such incident recorded recently in West Kazakhstan: on March 18, a similar drone fell in the Tasqalin district, and on February 18, another incident occurred near the village of Uyalı.
