Turkey Criticizes the Causes of Famine in Gaza
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a sharp statement on the main causes of the famine occurring in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to official Ankara, this situation arises as a result of Israel’s long-standing military crimes and continuous violations of international law norms, which have so far gone unpunished. The statement emphasizes that the report prepared by the UN-backed IPC monitoring group clearly shows the disastrous consequences of the policies carried out against Palestinians in Gaza.

Due to the ruthless policies and genocidal direction of Netanyahu’s government towards Palestinians, the humanitarian disaster is expanding. Most distressingly, the military crimes and violations of international law committed by Israel remain unpunished, encouraging Israel to become even more aggressive.

According to data from the UN-backed IPC monitoring group, currently over 514,000 Palestinians in Gaza are suffering from famine. It is said that by the end of September, this number could reach 641,000.

Experts emphasize that the situation is worsening and turning into a serious tragedy for humanity. For this reason, Turkey is calling on the international community to take firm measures against Israel.
