Former US President Donald Trump emphasized that Russia is deliberately prolonging the war in Ukraine. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to him, Russia is not striving to end this conflict quickly; on the contrary, it is trying to continue it. Trump stated that the prolongation of the war poses a significant threat not only to Ukraine but also to global security.

The American leader said that every time there is an opportunity to reach an agreement in negotiations, Russia takes actions to obstruct it. He stressed that such behavior is completely unacceptable.

According to Trump, when the parties are getting closer, Russia drops bombs again, making the situation even more difficult. On Tuesday, he announced his intention to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Trump noted that this issue seemed easiest for the US, but the situation has become complicated due to the mutual hostility between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky. He emphasized the importance of resolving the conflict peacefully.
