Jean-Claude Van Damme is accused of human trafficking in Romania
The famous Belgian actor Jean-Claude Van Damme has been drawn into an investigation related to human trafficking. He is accused of exploiting the sexual services of five Romanian women. This was reported by Romania's Hotnews publication.

Details of the accusation

One of the victims' lawyers, Adrian Kukulis, has submitted a complaint to Romania's Organized Crime and Terrorism Fighting Directorate. It claims that Van Damme had relations with five Romanian women who were forced into sexual exploitation.

According to the accusation, these incidents occurred approximately 10 years ago in the city of Cannes, France. The lawyer emphasized that the existing witnesses in the case have evidence confirming Van Damme's involvement in these events.

“Jean-Claude Van Damme is accused of simultaneously using the sexual services of five Romanian girls who were in a vulnerable situation,” says lawyer Adrian Kukulis.

Human trafficking and the main accused

According to the investigation, the selection of girls for Van Damme was organized by the EuroDemos non-profit organization and the head of the Kasta Morrely modeling agency, Morel Bolya.

Morel Bolya was arrested in 2022 as the main suspect in a case of exploiting minors. According to the Romanian prosecutor's office, from 2000 to 2016, he involved girls, including minors, in “sexual exploitation through psychological pressure” via his organizations.

The investigation processes are currently ongoing, and Van Damme's official position has not yet been announced.

This case is another vivid example of the fight against human trafficking in Romania, with law enforcement agencies intensifying efforts to hold accountable those involved in this crime.
