A man released in Thailand deliberately committed theft
A man released in Thailand gained attention by deliberately committing theft with the aim of returning to prison. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to local sources, a 30-year-old man named Pakin stole a ring worth 750 dollars from a jewelry store. Before taking the ring, he asked the store employees, "If I leave with this ring, will I be arrested?"

After receiving a positive response, he left the store but did not run from the police and voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement authorities. During the interrogation, it became clear that this was Pakin's first attempt to return to prison.

He also went to another store and asked the same question but did not take anything. Pakin admitted that he deliberately committed a crime to escape life's difficulties and return to prison discipline.

He openly stated the reasons for his return to prison. He had faced a series of misfortunes in life, his mother did not give him the inheritance, and his work, family relationships, and connections with his wife and daughter had failed.

He also admitted to suffering from drug addiction. As a result, Pakin was not punished for theft because the store owner did not demand justice and no material damage was caused.

He was only charged for drug use and was directed to rehabilitation. This case once again demonstrated the importance of awareness and rehabilitation in society.
