US President Donald Trump, in his speech at the UN, warned European countries about the problems related to uncontrolled immigration and climate change. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, the open borders policy negatively affects Europe's security and economy and disrupts social balance. Trump emphasized that due to immigration issues, difficulties are arising in the culture and law enforcement systems of host countries.
At the same time, he stated that his administration has implemented measures aimed at controlling illegal immigration. The President also expressed sympathy for refugees coming from troubled regions but said that the main focus should be on maintaining stability in his own country.
Repeating his views on the war in Ukraine, Trump expressed confidence that if good relations are established with Russia, the conflict can be resolved quickly. He called on European countries to stop importing oil and gas from Russia, emphasizing that delays would cause economic damage.
Trump also criticized the policy of transitioning to green energy to combat climate change. He described wind power plants as expensive and inefficient projects and called the UN's warnings about climate change the biggest fraud of the last forty years.
In his opinion, Europe's current policy is weakening countries economically and socially.
