US President Donald Trump expressed strong opinions regarding the migration problems arising in European countries. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Speaking at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, he drew attention to the seriousness of the migration crisis in Europe. According to Trump, the number of crimes committed by migrants on the continent is increasing, and this problem poses a great danger to Europe.
He also cited the strict measures taken by Washington against this problem as an example. He emphasized that strong measures have been implemented to control illegal migration in the US, and as a result of strengthened border control, illegal crossings have decreased.
According to Trump, however, the flow of illegal immigrants continues in Europe, and no effective solution is being found for this problem. He called on European countries to take this issue seriously and to take measures to resolve it.
He stressed that the migration problem is a threat not only to security but also to social and economic stability. Thus, Trump is urging European states to turn away from this path and strengthen their borders.
