Former US President Donald Trump expressed his views on the conflict between Russia and Ukraine at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

He emphasized that if the United States cannot reach an agreement with Moscow, large-scale sanctions against Russia may be imposed. Trump also called on European countries to stop importing energy from Russia.

According to him, European countries have become dependent on Russian energy sources, and if this situation does not change, their independence will be at risk. Trump described this situation as truly shameful and stressed that European countries must quickly reduce their dependence on Russia.

In his opinion, such changes are important to ensure regional and global security. Additionally, Trump stated that the international community needs to unite to resolve the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Political and economic measures must be effective in this matter. Overall, Trump's speech indicates an intention to strengthen the fight against Russia in European and US policies.
