As a result, electricity supply was cut off in large parts of the capital, and nine people were injured. Additionally, water supply was temporarily stopped in some districts.
In Zaporizhzhia region, a seven-year-old child was killed and three people were injured as a result of a drone strike. According to the regional head, strong and systematic attacks were carried out on the city.
In recent weeks, Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy facilities have significantly intensified. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on Western countries to deliver air defense systems more quickly.
According to the Ministry of Energy, repair work on the damaged facilities is ongoing. Efforts are being made to eliminate the damage caused to residential buildings and energy infrastructure in Kyiv.
These attacks are making daily life difficult for the population, and additional resources and support are needed for infrastructure restoration. The Ukrainian government and the international community are paying serious attention to this situation.
