Last night, a large mass brawl took place in the Prokshino residential complex in Moscow. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to witnesses, dozens of people participated in the fight, using shovels, sticks, and road signs. The incident was captured on video and quickly spread widely on social media.
According to Irina Volk, a representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the police arrived at the scene and brought the situation under control. Currently, about 40 people have been taken to the police department.
It is being determined who among them directly participated in the brawl. Investigations are ongoing.
According to investigative data, at least four people sustained various injuries as a result of the conflict. Additionally, several parked cars were damaged during the fight.
The exact reasons for the conflict are still unknown, but preliminary assumptions suggest that the disagreement may have arisen due to a dispute between household or construction worker groups. According to Irina Volk, the detained foreign nationals have not been sentenced to imprisonment.
They will be deported from the country and banned from entering Russian territory in the future. Volk stated that "citizens who were not subjected to imprisonment will be expelled from Russia according to established procedures, which will prevent their re-entry."
Law enforcement agencies have opened a criminal case under the Hooliganism article of the Russian Criminal Code regarding the incident. The maximum penalty under this article is imprisonment for up to seven years.
The Moscow police are currently working on identifying all participants, determining the causes of the incident, and identifying its instigators. The investigation process is ongoing.
