According to US intelligence, Israel's military operations in the Gaza Strip may be considered crimes. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Israeli military lawyers have indicated the possibility that these operations violate international legal norms. These military actions were primarily carried out using weapons supplied by the United States.
Former US officials have emphasized that internal reports have heightened doubts about the legality of Israeli military tactics. State Department lawyers have repeatedly warned that Israel's military actions could violate international law.
However, US intelligence has not been able to fully prove that Israel committed crimes. Nevertheless, cooperation in arms supply and intelligence has continued.
The Biden administration has extensively discussed this issue in recent weeks. Various US agencies have analyzed the situation, but the decision to halt arms assistance was not made due to concerns that it could strengthen Hamas's position.
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants against leaders of Israel and Hamas regarding the Gaza conflict. Israeli military officials have stated their efforts to avoid harming civilians, but former officials and intelligence representatives have warned that crimes may have been committed during the Gaza war.
