A new, unique chocolate has been launched for sale in Abu Dhabi. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This sweet was created based on a dessert that attracted great interest in Dubai last year and is presented as an exclusive product. The chocolate was made by the famous confectioner Nouel Catis, dedicated to the city of Abu Dhabi.
According to Nouel Catis, he has been living in Abu Dhabi for seven to eight years and considers this city his “second home.” After success in Dubai, he returned to the city that inspired him and started a new phase in his work.
According to the Time Out Abu Dhabi publication, the chocolate’s taste resembles a combination of baklava and salted caramel. The price of one piece of this product is 105 dirhams.
The dessert is based on three main ingredients: fragrant spices such as saffron and cardamom, additions inspired by local dishes like tahini and dates, and a nostalgic feeling created through crushed cookies. All components are covered with thick salted caramel, and the dessert is decorated with 24-carat gold flakes on top.
The new chocolate attracts great attention not only with its taste but also with its luxurious appearance. This product is presented as a sweet that reflects the uniqueness of Abu Dhabi.
