The US proposed conditions for Ukraine to stop the war
US officials are proposing a new plan to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to halt the war. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The proposal developed by Washington includes conditions that align with Russia's demands. According to sources cited by Reuters news agency, this document could place Ukraine in a difficult position of making tough choices.

The US proposal envisions a phased cessation of the conflict. However, under this plan, Ukraine would have to relinquish certain territories, commit to not using some types of weapons, and significantly reduce its military forces.

These demands are very close to the conditions previously stated by Russia. Washington expects Kyiv to fully accept these terms.

According to some sources, this proposal is almost equivalent to surrender for Ukraine. In particular, it includes conditions such as halving the size of the army, giving up certain weapons, and handing over a large part of Donbass to Russia.

Earlier, another US source reported that a new formula for ending the war between Russia and Ukraine is being developed. It is even said that consultations have been held with Russian representatives on some issues.

Kirill Dmitriev, a representative of the Russian president, emphasized that Moscow's position is being taken into account this time. At the same time, Western media outlets report that negotiations to end the war have intensified.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy also stated that Kyiv is preparing for negotiations. However, Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it has not yet received an official proposal from the US and is monitoring the situation cautiously.

Sources from Politico speculate that an agreement to stop the war could be reached by the end of November. This process is one of the most serious topics in international politics, and its outcome will undoubtedly affect the entire region.
