George Clooney became a French citizen with his family

The AFP news agency released the information based on data from the official French government bulletin. The report was published on December 30 at 14:53 Tashkent time.

It is known that George Clooney highly appreciated the laws in France aimed at protecting personal privacy. According to him, these rules play an important role in protecting his family, especially his children, from paparazzi.

“Children are not photographed here, there are no paparazzi in front of schools. This is the most important thing for us,” the actor emphasized.

Additionally, Clooney admitted that he is trying to learn French but has not yet achieved significant progress. However, he stated that he greatly values French culture and that this culture gives him a unique pleasure.

The report notes that Clooney has owned a property called Domaine de Canadel in southern France since 2021. In one of his interviews, the actor expressed that considering the Hollywood environment, he prefers to raise his children somewhere other than Los Angeles.
