Laser weapons: A new era begins in military strategy
By 2025, it is clearly noticeable that new technologies in the field of air defense are rapidly developing. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

Countries such as the USA, Great Britain, Israel, Australia, and China are making significant strides towards deploying laser weapons in practice. This is no longer science fiction but an important change in military strategy.

These weapons allow for the neutralization of aerial threats quickly, accurately, and at a relatively low cost. In 2025, several notable major developments in laser technology were observed.

For example, the US Navy is developing a 400-kilowatt laser system under the SONGBOU project. This system combines several industrial lasers to generate a powerful energy beam capable of successfully destroying targets such as drones and missiles at long distances.

Australia's EOS company presented the "Apollo" laser system. This system is especially effective in combating drones, providing the capability to destroy up to 200 drones with a single charge.

Israel has deployed a laser weapon through the "Iron Beam" system that can eliminate drones, missiles, and other threats in a short time. Great Britain is testing the "DragonFayr" laser system and preparing to add it to its military arsenal.

This system stands out for operating with high precision at a low cost. China is also keeping pace in this area, developing its own systems such as LY-1 and ELIOS.

These technologies are designed to effectively counter low-flying targets and drones. In conclusion, high-power laser weapons are no longer future technology but have become real military weapons today.

The main question remains which country or front will be the first to widely deploy these technologies.
