Trump and Musk discussed restoring Iran's internet

Former US President Donald Trump announced that he plans to discuss restoring the internet in Iran with billionaire Elon Musk after the Iranian government cut off internet access for four days. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to Trump, Elon Musk and his company SpaceX have significant experience in this area, with the possibility of using the Starlink satellite internet service. It is noted that the internet blackout made it difficult to monitor the internal situation in Iran.
The protests that began on December 28 initially started as a demonstration against rising prices but later turned into a widespread movement against the country's clerical rule. Elon Musk has previously deployed the Starlink service to support protesters in Iran and other regions.
It is emphasized that Trump and Musk have recently established close relations. They met at the Mar-a-Lago resort, and a visit by the US Secretary of Defense to a SpaceX facility is planned.
According to human rights organizations, 490 protesters and 48 security personnel have died during the demonstrations, and more than 10,600 people have been detained. The talks between Trump and Musk are seen as measures aimed at restoring the internet and ensuring the flow of information to citizens.
