Iran protests: Government blamed the US and Israel

The Iranian government is closely monitoring and controlling the ongoing large-scale protests in the country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi in an interview with Sky News. According to him, the situation in the country is fully under control.
According to Araqchi, Tehran has many evidences confirming the involvement of the US and Israel in recent events. In his statement, he emphasized that there are documents linking the US and Israel to terrorist activities in Iran.
He also referred to statements by former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who mentioned that Mossad agents participated in the unrest and directed these actions. The Iranian Foreign Minister also criticized Western countries, accusing them of supporting terrorist activities.
In his opinion, these countries are condemning police actions in Iran and trying to justify the terrorists. According to reports, protests demanding changes to the political system have been ongoing in Iran since December.
According to information from the HRANA human rights organization, at least 544 people have died as a result of these protests. The Iranian government accuses the US and Israel of organizing these protests.
The Iranian government is taking strict measures to strengthen internal security and is clearly demonstrating its position against Western countries. This situation could seriously affect the political balance in the region.
