Trump sharply criticized the Iranian leadership, calling it "sick" and assessing the complex situation in the country as a result of ineffective governance. According to Trump, due to wrong policies and weak leadership, Iran has become one of the countries living in the most difficult conditions in the world today.

He emphasized that the current governing system hinders the Iranian people from living a prosperous and peaceful life. These statements came after critical posts were published on the former Twitter (now X) social network on behalf of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
