The “Axios” publication reported this. According to sources, among the aircraft sent to the region are the most advanced fifth-generation F-35 and F-22 fighters, as well as multi-role fourth-generation F-16 jets.

This move is considered the next step in strengthening the US military presence in the region. It was noted that the United States had previously been gradually increasing its military involvement in the Persian Gulf area.

According to the publication, such large-scale deployment of air forces is aimed at ensuring security in the region and enhancing the ability to respond quickly to potential military threats.
