Xayrullo Ibodullayev awarded the "Jasorat" medal

Our compatriot Xayrullo Saydullayevich Ibodullayev, who risked his life and showed an example of humanity in a dangerous situation that occurred in Saint Petersburg, Russia, has been awarded a state honor. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the presidential decree, he was awarded the “Courage” medal for rescuing a child who was in danger on the upper floor of a multi-story building and saving the child's life. The decree emphasized that Xayrullo Ibodullayev’s action is a vivid example of bravery, heroism, and dedication characteristic of our people.
This incident demonstrated the true test of responsibility and compassion in the human heart. It is reported that the event took place on February 22.
A child playing with a tablet on the windowsill of the 7th floor slipped due to carelessness and hung on the cornice. At that moment, 36-year-old Xayrullo Ibodullayev, who was working in the yard, noticed the situation and immediately rushed to help without hesitation.
The child hung on the cornice for a while, but as he was falling down, Xayrullo managed to catch him. Thanks to this action, the child's life was saved.
Unfortunately, Xayrullo Ibodullayev himself sustained serious injuries due to his bravery. His arms and ribs were broken, and the child was hospitalized.
This event reminded us that heroism is not only seen in movies but also manifests in courageous decisions made within seconds in real life. Xayrullo Ibodullayev answered the question “What can I do?” with his actions at that moment and became a person remembered in history as a hero.
