US intelligence has located Khomeini

New details are emerging about the attack carried out by the US and Israel against Iran. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to The New York Times and Reuters sources, the US Central Intelligence Agency paid special attention to the whereabouts of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. It is reported that the intelligence had precise information about Khamenei's location.
The US intelligence gathered information for several months about Khamenei's movement patterns and security routes. Sources emphasize that on February 28, a high-level leadership meeting was expected to take place in the area where government and security agencies are located in Tehran.
Ali Khamenei was also expected to participate in this meeting. This information was considered a great opportunity for the US and Israel.
Because through this, there was a chance to strike simultaneously at Iran's political-security elite and the Supreme Leader's close vicinity. According to Reuters, the attack may have been pre-planned, but updated intelligence data influenced the timing of the operation.
Senior Iranian officials were expected to attend the meeting. Later, reports about the deaths of some prominent figures were confirmed.
In particular, it was reported that Muhammad Pakpour was killed. The attack is described as an operation carried out based on precise calculations.
Aircraft equipped with long-range and high-precision strike weapons were involved. This event was an unexpected and severe blow for Iran.
Although Tehran was aware of the risk of war, it had not taken sufficient measures against a rapid and targeted attack scenario. US and Israeli intelligence succeeded in this regard.
