America and Israel continue to bomb Iran

America and Israel continue bombing Iran. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
On the very first day of the war, reports spread that the Iranian leader had been killed, but this did not mean the war was over. Iran continues to resist; there have been no mass movements in the streets aimed at overthrowing the government, and Tehran has not fallen quickly either.
While the two allies, America and Israel, are acting together, where are Iran’s allies? When Russia started the war against Ukraine, Iran supplied it with weapons and effectively became a military partner.
Now Moscow is not rushing to help Iran. The statement by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is noteworthy.
He and Trump claimed they are saving the world, emphasizing that if Iran acquires nuclear weapons, it would pose a threat to humanity. These words sound more like a fictional scenario than realpolitik.
In February 2022, when Russia attacked Ukraine, Iran supplied it with weapons. Today, Russia is attacking Ukraine with Iran’s Shahed drones.
However, now Iran itself has become in need of help. This time the situation is more serious: if Russia sought weapons for attack, Iran needs assistance for defense.
Yet, there is no significant aid from Russia to Iran. Neither weapons, nor diplomatic protection, nor serious initiatives.
Only condolences expressed over the phone exist. Some conversations even suggest that Putin has criticized some of Iran’s actions.
This situation shows how complicated the relations between Russia and Iran are.
