Planet Labs delays Gulf of Persia images
The US company Planet Labs has imposed restrictions on providing satellite images. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The company announced that it will delay new satellite images of the Gulf countries, Iraq, and Kuwait by 96 hours. This decision was made to prevent real-time analysis of damage to military facilities belonging to the US and its allies.

However, the delay does not apply to satellite images of Iranian territory. Planet Labs described this measure as a "temporary step to protect staff and operations during wartime."

In practice, this means that restrictions are being imposed to prevent rapid dissemination of information about damage to the US and its allies, while images of damage in Iranian territory are being distributed as usual. This is done to control the spread of information during wartime.

The company emphasized that these measures are temporary.
