China is expanding financial cooperation with Iran

US intelligence agencies suspect that China is planning to financially support Iran and supply necessary parts for missiles. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to sources from CNN, Beijing is acting very cautiously on this matter. Experts believe that China is interested in the end of the regional war, as instability poses a serious threat to the country's energy supply.
On the other hand, The Washington Post emphasizes that China is not currently providing direct military assistance to Iran. Nevertheless, negotiations between the parties continue.
According to Reuters, China is trying to reach an agreement with Tehran to ensure the safe passage of its oil tankers and liquefied gas carriers through the Strait of Hormuz. Beijing conducts about 45 percent of its oil imports through this route.
The situation is becoming more complicated, as earlier reports emerged that Russia had passed confidential information about US military facilities in the Middle East to Iran. So far, the extent of Russia's assistance and its consequences have not been fully determined.
The international community is closely monitoring how the rapprochement among these three countries might change the balance of power in the region.
