Recently asteroid Earth passed safely by

According to the European Space Agency, a large asteroid named 1997 NC1 will pass close to Earth on June 27, 1997, as reported by Zamin.uz.
Experts emphasize that this event poses no threat to our planet. However, it is considered one of the significant astronomical occurrences attracting the attention of astronomers and sky observers.
According to reports, the asteroid will pass at an estimated distance of about 2.6 million kilometers from Earth—nearly seven times the distance between the Earth and the Moon.
Nevertheless, by astronomical standards, it belongs to the category of large asteroids passing near Earth. The asteroid 1997 NC1 was discovered approximately 30 years ago by the asteroid monitoring system in Hawaii.
Its diameter is estimated to range from 750 meters to 1.65 kilometers. Specialists note that, despite its proximity to Earth, its orbit does not intersect with Earth's orbit.
Therefore, there is no cause for concern. Enthusiastic sky observers equipped with binoculars or small telescopes may be able to track it as a faint, moving point of light against the starry background.
According to NASA's calculations, after this passage, asteroid 1997 NC1 will not come this close to Earth again until the year 2133. For this reason, its current flyby is regarded as a rare astronomical event for space enthusiasts.
