Opportunities are being created for Uzbek medical professionals to work in Italy, one of Europe's influential countries, according to Zamin.uz.
According to the External Labor Migration Agency, doctors and nurses are being offered high-paying positions in medical institutions in Sardinia, Italy. The project aims to employ a total of 100 qualified specialists annually.
Vacancies have been announced for emergency medical doctors and nurses with higher education. Specialists who have completed magistracy or clinical residency, and hold a relevant specialty certificate, are eligible to apply for doctor positions.
For nursing roles, candidates with a bachelor's degree are considered. Applicants must be under 50 years of age, although priority is given to specialists under 40.
Prior work experience is not required, but experienced candidates receive additional advantages. According to the program terms, selected candidates will first attend Italian language courses organized in cooperation with the University of Perugia, Italy.
These courses, lasting seven months, are conducted online, without interrupting employment, and at a convenient time for participants. Most importantly, the monthly tuition fee of 600 euros is fully covered by the Migration Agency.
Upon successful completion of the language courses and obtaining the corresponding qualification, specialists can begin working in Italy with a monthly salary of up to 3,500 euros. Additionally, earnings from overtime and night shifts may increase monthly income to between 4,000 and 5,000 euros.
The work schedule consists of 38 hours per week. Employers provide suitable working and living conditions for employees.
Specifically, housing expenses are covered, employees are provided with free meals, and free health insurance is arranged for their well-being.
