Ten people were injured in a rocket attack on Kyiv
Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, was struck by a missile attack, resulting in injuries to ten civilians, including a minor, according to Zamin.uz.

According to Ukrainian authorities, the strikes caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure and industrial facilities in the city. The condition of the injured and the extent of medical assistance provided are currently being clarified.

As reported by Ukraine's Emergency Situations Service, power outages were observed in several districts of Kyiv following the attack. Specifically, sections of roadways, administrative office buildings, and two large warehouse structures were damaged.

Rescue teams and emergency services are operating sites, extinguishing fires and searching for people under the debris. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko confirmed that ballistic missiles were used in the attack.

He urged residents to strictly observe safety measures and immediately seek shelter upon hearing an air raid alert, emphasizing the high speed and destructive power of ballistic missiles make such attacks particularly dangerous.

The Russian Ministry of Defense commented on the situation, stating that, according to the Russian side, the primary objective of the strikes on Kyiv was to disable facilities belonging to Ukraine's military-individuals are working at the scene, putting out fires and searching for people trapped under the wreckage. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko confirmed that ballistic missiles were used during the attack.

Additionally, the Russian military reported that precise strikes were carried out against port infrastructure in the cities of Odesa, Chornomorsk, and Izmail. At present, there is no possibility to fully verify the information provided by either side through independent sources.
