Twenty-seven people were killed in the Bangkok mudslide

The capital of Thailand, Bangkok, was shocked by a tragic fire that deeply affected the entire country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the latest information, the incident occurred in one of the entertainment venues, resulting in the deaths of twenty-seven people. Currently, state authorities are conducting extensive efforts to fully identify the victims and investigate the details of the tragedy.
International news agencies are also providing detailed reports on the incident. As established, nine of the victims were male and eighteen were female.
Additionally, twenty-two citizens who sustained serious injuries during the fire were taken to hospitals. Medical professionals report that all patients are in critical condition, and every necessary measure is being taken to preserve their lives.
Medical staff are providing continuous, high-quality assistance to the injured around the clock. According to eyewitnesses, the fire initially broke out in the entrance area of the building.
Within a short time, the flames engulfed the entire hall, leaving those inside unable to escape. Voices of people calling for help from inside the building were heard, but thick smoke and the fire prevented them from exiting.
Those inside the venue panicked and ran in all directions trying to save themselves, but the situation worsened as escape routes were blocked. During the inspection of the fire scene, specialists determined that all equipment inside the building, including musical instruments, sound amplifiers, and other technical devices, had been completely destroyed by fire.
Furthermore, the interior structure and furnishings of the building were reduced to an unrecognizable state due to the fire. Windows were shattered, and walls were covered in black soot.
This indicates the immense intensity of the fire. At present, relatives and close ones of the deceased have gathered near specialized facilities to identify the bodies.
According to official data, the majority of the victims were local residents aged between twenty-five and fifty. In addition, government officials are verifying whether any foreign tourists were among the injured.
Specifically, the Australian government remains in constant contact with Thai authorities to ensure the safety of its citizens. Investigative bodies continue to work on determining the exact causes of the fire.
Experts are examining the extent to which fire safety regulations were followed in the building and whether any technical malfunctions occurred. A criminal case has been opened in connection with the incident, and efforts are underway to identify responsible parties and apply legal measures.
Based on the lessons learned from this tragedy, the government has issued directives to strengthen safety measures in all public venues across the city.
