In Uzbekistan, there are on average sixty-one cars per hundred households

The Statistics Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has published new data on the level of car ownership among households in the country. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to the observation results, by the end of 2025, there are on average 61 passenger cars for every 100 households in our country. This indicator demonstrates that the population's standard of living and purchasing power are growing year by year.
If we look at the analytical data, we can see that significant growth rates have been observed in this area over recent decades. For example, fifteen years ago, that is in 2010, there were only 21 cars per 100 households.
By 2015, this figure had doubled, reaching 42. And in 2020, the share of household car ownership in the country reached 49.
Current year reports show that this positive dynamic is steadily continuing. It is also worth noting that the population's access to modern technologies and means of communication also remains at a high level.
According to previously published statistical data, in Uzbekistan there are on average 359 mobile phones per 100 households. These figures confirm that demand and need in our country are high not only for transport, but also for digital technologies.
The growing number of passenger cars, in turn, indicates the need to develop road infrastructure in the country and further improve the automotive industry.
