The President awarded a group of deceased creators with state awards

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a decree to award high state honors to a group of deceased creators who made an unforgettable contribution to the development of our country's culture, art, and literature. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This document is an example of high respect shown to the memory of master artists who worked selflessly to elevate the spirituality of our people and enriched our national heritage with their unique talent and meaningful works. According to information provided by the press service of the Head of State, the awardees include prominent figures who laid the foundation for the development of Uzbek cinema, theater, literature, and musical heritage.
In particular, the pillar of our national cinema art Shuhrat Abbosov, beloved actors Ghani Azamov, Hamza Umarov, Obidjon Yunusov, the unique actress Zaynab Sadriyeva, and the renowned writer Odil Yoqubov were awarded the Order For Great Services. Additionally, a major representative of Uzbek literature and esteemed writer of our people, Otkir Hoshimov, was awarded the Order of Honor of the People.
The names of poet Saida Zunnunova, actress Manzura Hamidova, and the pride of our art Orifkhon Hotamov were noted with the Order For Selfless Service. The list of those awarded the Order of Labor Glory included artists who hold a deep place in the hearts of our people, such as Olmas Alikhujayev, Ikroma Boltayeva, Maryam Yoqubova, Jamshid Zokirov, Hojiakbar Nurmatov, Ochilkhon Otaxonov, Dias Rahmatov, Yulduz Rizayeva, Olmas Saidjonov, and Tulqin Tojiyev.
The Order of Friendship was awarded to pop singer Davron Ghoipov, musician Rasulqori Mamadaliyev, academic Eduard Rtveladze, and skilled dubbing master Sanjar Sa'dullayev. These awards are significant not only in recognizing the work of the deceased creators but also in passing their rich spiritual heritage on to future generations.
