Alla Pugacheva has leased her property for a long term
The famous property owner Alla Pugachyova, located in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region, has changed her commercial strategy for managing her property. This was reported by Upl.uz.
Initially, the property was put up for sale for 225 million rubles, but after several unsuccessful attempts, it was decided to lease it long-term. According to the new terms, the monthly rent will be 700,000 rubles.
After a long period of market decline, the property's price has been reduced several times. According to reports, despite reducing the price by 5-10 million rubles, no sale transactions were completed.
The last asking price was 120 million rubles. Potential buyers often criticized the interior decoration of the building, deeming it outdated and tasteless.
This became a major obstacle in the sales process. Sources close to the family say that after unsuccessful negotiations, it was decided to switch to a rental model a few months ago.
The rental offer includes access to a residential house with an area of 760 square meters. The building has a fireplace room, a bar, a billiard room, and a passenger lift for movement between floors.
The property area has access to its own water basin and is equipped with a pier. Additionally, there are sports and children's playgrounds, a private cinema, and a recreation area — a swimming pool and a bathhouse.
According to the rental terms, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. The rental income is expected to be directed towards maintaining the family's other property located in Cyprus.
This property is located on the Mediterranean coast and is valued at approximately 350 million rubles. After the military actions began in Ukraine, Maxim Galkin moved to Israel with his family.
However, due to the conflict in the Gaza Strip and bombings carried out by Tel Aviv, they were forced to relocate to Cyprus. Interestingly, although Pugachyova and Galkin previously criticized Russia's special military operation and expressed their support for peace, they have not made any statements regarding Israel's military strikes in Iranian territory.
In recent years, the high-end rural property market in the Moscow region has been facing stable changes. Wealthy property owners prefer to lease their properties long-term rather than sell them.
This situation is related to the decrease in the number of large transactions and the changing demands of buyers. Buyers prefer to invest in building new homes that meet their needs rather than purchasing ready-made houses with old and outdated designs.
