The Yakkasaroy district department of the Enforcement Bureau, based on the court order of the Bekabad inter-district civil court, has an enforcement document for the collection of child support in the amount of ¼ part each month from the debtor A.Y. in favor of the creditor M.Yu. for one minor child.
According to this enforcement document, the male debtor has been evading repayment of the debt, and due to the inability to locate the debtor, a search was announced by the state executor.
As a result of the search, it was determined that the debtor father was in the Jizzakh region, Arnasoy district, and he was brought to Tashkent city.
As a result of the enforcement actions carried out by the state executor B.Alimardonov, a debt of 3,000 US dollars for child support was collected from the debtor and transferred to the creditor.
