Artificial Intelligence Is Sharply Increasing the Number of One-Person Companies in China

With the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies, significant changes are occurring in the business world, and the number of one-person companies is rising sharply in China. Zamin.uz reported on this.
As emphasized by Kuo Chjan, President of the Alibaba.com platform, entrepreneurs who manage their projects alone currently account for between thirty and forty percent of total customers. This new business model enables individuals to launch and scale startups without hiring a traditional team.
Local authorities in several Chinese cities are actively supporting this trend by offering free housing, rent-free office spaces, and financial subsidies of up to seven hundred fifty thousand dollars to sole entrepreneurs. According to Kuo Chjan, artificial intelligence agents have made this solo work model highly stable and ready for development.
Typically, large organizations easily handle tasks such as product placement, social media management, and customer communication. However, these same operational burdens have often been an insurmountable problem for sole founders.
Currently, artificial intelligence agents are taking on heavy workloads and operating effectively as virtual employees. To support this growing market, Alibaba introduced Accio Work, an artificial intelligence agent specifically created for small businesses.
Launched at the end of last year, this program automates daily processes such as marketing, logistics, and tax reporting, quickly gaining over ten million active monthly users. Chinese entrepreneurs are successfully building businesses in various sectors ranging from stock trading to dating services by utilizing the popular open-source OpenClaw agent.
While these advanced artificial intelligence tools are rapidly transforming the Chinese market, experts emphasize that users in Western countries are only just beginning to adapt to such technologies. This situation could further alter the competitive landscape in global business in the future.
