According to the city administration, on March 22, Kazakhstan's international tourist train — “Jibek Joly” (Silk Road) arrived at Tashkent central station.
More than 400 tourists arriving on the train will have the opportunity to get acquainted with Uzbekistan's rich culture, traditions, and historical heritage.
The “Jibek Joly” train allows travelers to easily visit historical cities, enjoy natural beauty, and closely explore cultural heritage.
The “Jibek Joly” tourist train made its inaugural journey last November. The main goal of the project is to develop tourism, strengthen interregional cultural ties, and expand economic cooperation. Additionally, creating a convenient and safe transport system for international tourism routes is also among the important tasks.
