The press service of the Capital's Enforcement Bureau announced that the debtor's car has been put up for sale. This was reported by Upl.uz.
According to the decision of the inter-district civil court of Mirzo-Ulugbek district dated August 3, 2023, the man was obligated to pay alimony to his minor child and the child's mother until the child turns three years old. This alimony amounts to 50 percent of his monthly income.
In mid-December 2024, since the alimony payments were not made voluntarily, the case was transferred to the Enforcement Bureau. Because the man did not continue the alimony payments, his Nexia-3 car was put on the wanted list and, once found, placed in the impound lot.
Currently, the car has been put up for auction at a value of 109.1 million soums. After the car is sold, the man's total alimony debt of 50 million soums will be fully covered.
