The Sirdaryo regional court has enforced a collection of 48,485 EURO and 14.1 million soums in state fees from the debtor “A.INTER.M.” LLC in favor of the Swiss company “ASSTRA F.AG” through the enforcement document issued by the Sirdaryo district department of the Mandatory Enforcement Bureau.
Due to the non-fulfillment of the debt within the voluntary period granted by the state executor, compulsory enforcement actions were initiated, and the debtor's bank account and assets were seized.
As a result of the enforcement actions, the debt of 699 million soums was fully collected from the debtor, and the transfer to the bank account of the foreign collecting company was ensured.
