Due to the expected rains on April 8-9 of this year, flood and water overflow events may occur in some regions of the republic.
In particular:
- Qashqadaryo region: In the districts of Yakkabog‘, Dehqonobod, Chiroqchi, Kitob, Shahrisabz, Qamashi, G‘uzor;
- Surxondaryo region: In the districts of Sariosiyo, Uzun, Oltinsoy, Denov, Boysun, Sherobod, Sho‘rchi, Qumqo‘rg‘on, Muzrobod;
- Samarqand region: In the districts of Urgut, Samarqand, Bulung‘ur, Nurobod, Qo‘shrabot, Kattaqo‘rg‘on, Payariq, Jomboy, Ishtixon;
- Jizzax region: In the districts of Zomin, Baxmal, G‘allaorol, Sharof Rashidov, Forish, Yangiobod;
- Tashkent region: In the districts of Ohangaron, Bo‘stonliq, Parkent, Piskent, O‘rtachirchiq, Yuqorichirchiq and in the cities of Angren, Olmaliq;
- Namangan region: In the districts of Pop, Kosonsoy, Chortoq, Chust, Namangan, Yangiqo‘rg‘on;
- Farg‘ona region: In the districts of So‘x, Shohimardon, Farg‘ona, Beshariq;
- Andijon region: In the districts of Andijon, Asaka, Jalaquduq, Qo‘rg‘ontepa, Paxtaobod, Izboskan, Xo‘jaobod, Marhamat and in the city of Xonabod.
Additionally, citizens living in foothill and mountainous areas, as well as drivers moving in mountainous areas, are requested to take precautionary measures.
