A citywide hashar will be held in Tashkent on April 12 and 13, as reported by Nova24.uz.
According to the information, cleaning, landscaping, and greening works will be carried out in all districts, including the cleaning of yards and public areas. Yards will be decorated, trees will be planted, and order and discipline will be ensured.
This event is considered a collective contribution to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the city. The authorities are calling on all citizens to participate in the hashar. Maintaining cleanliness is a great city tradition and a sign of respect for Tashkent.
Neighborhood self-governance bodies must involve citizens on a voluntary basis only. The works will include: landscaping the area, equipping children's and sports playgrounds, preserving material and cultural heritage sites, and repairing cemeteries.
The following places where there may be risks are prohibited from holding hashar:
• Highways
• Congested streets
• Water bodies and shores
• Construction sites
• Roofs of buildings
• Hazardous production areas
• Places dangerous to human life
