The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed a decree on June 26, 2025, regarding the measures for the implementation of modern services by the Treasury Service Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the off-budget Pension Fund. The press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan announced this. According to the decree, the main directions and goals for the introduction of modern services in the pension and treasury sectors were established as follows: - to establish compact service offices through the digitization and automation of the treasury and pension system in the regions; - to fully transition the services provided to the population to an electronic and active format.
Starting from July 1, 2026, the "Digital Treasury" system will be implemented in the treasury system. This will be achieved through the automation of all processes.
From December 1, 2026, the following innovations are expected in the pension system: - the "My Pension" online service will be launched. This service will allow citizens to know the amount of their future pension in advance.
This will be based on electronic data regarding work experience and salary; - pension services will be fully transitioned to an active, electronic, and interactive format. These measures will ensure that pension and treasury services become more convenient, transparent, and efficient.
The introduction of digital technologies will help improve the quality and speed of service delivery to citizens.
