Dmitriy Bulykin commented on the recent transfer of the capital's "Lokomotiv" team. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
The club has strengthened its squad with defender Cristian Ramirez, who played for "Krasnodar" and "Ferencváros". According to Bulykin, Ramirez's transfer does not quite align with "Lokomotiv's" development strategy in recent years.
