Tyler Morton is expected to move from Liverpool to Lyon

A well-known sports journalist reported this. According to the source, the French club Lyon has nearly finalized an agreement to purchase the 22-year-old English player.

The amount to be paid for the transfer is expected to be around 17 million euros. Tayler Morton is a product of the Liverpool club.

He has played in 14 matches for the first team and has provided one assist. Currently, Morton's existing contract with Liverpool is set to last until mid-2026.

According to Transfermarkt, the player's current market value is estimated at 7 million euros. Thus, the transfer fee being paid for Morton could be significantly higher than his market value.
