Aleksey Mironov, a member of the "Rostov" football club, shared his thoughts on the team's misfortunes at the beginning of the new season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to him, luck is lacking in some matches, and the existing opportunities are not being fully utilized. Mironov stated that the team is performing well in defense, but there are problems in converting chances into goals in attack.
He noted that in the match against "Krylya Sovetov," the team rushed into attack and consequently conceded three goals in the second half. For reference, "Rostov" has lost in all four of their initial matches of the new season.
Three of their matches took place within the framework of the Russian championship, while one was in the Russian Cup. In the latest match, "Rostov" missed an opportunity at home, losing to "Krylya Sovetov" 1:4.
Before the new season, Jonatan Alba fully led the preparation of the "Rostov" team. Unlike previous years, Valeriy Karpin did not participate in the team's preparation process this time.
As a result, the team entered the season with a new coach, and so far the results have not been as expected. Mironov emphasized that the team will work on their mistakes and strive to improve the results.
